Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Most items are mailed through USPS.
Any pre-order items will ship as soon as they arrive to us.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however, if you need assistance in filing a claim we will be happy to assist you.
Due to COVID-19 we are now offering Curbside Pickup for any items online or in the store on Fridays. Pick up hours are from 10am - 3pm. When you arrive, call the store at 540-943-3742 and one of our team members will bring your order out. Please be ready to show us your receipt.
We are also offering Door Delivery during COVID-19. For an additional fee we will deliver to your door. Our delivery team CAN NOT come into your home, so please have appropriate help to receive the items when they arrive.
