We want you to be 100% happy with your Kimco purchase! If you're not satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned by mail (at customer's expense) or in person at our Fishersville, Va location in new condition and in it's original packaging, with receipt within 30 days of purchase. Returns will be refunded in the same form of tender as the original transaction (see below for returns exceptions).
All seasonal items must be returned in original condition within 10 days to qualify for a refund.
For items that shipped free, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
